Returns & Cancelations

Process of Production

All of our items are made from scratch (Or blanks) from suppliers.

Upon ordering, it will join a queue until produced.

Cancelations

We are happy to issue a full refund before producing any item/product, this will be completely at Pink Gifts discretion.

Upon product creation process, we will no longer accept cancellations.

Returns

We will only accept returns upon our approval, it is your responsibility to return the goods to Pink Gifts. Returned goods in their produced condition will be considered for a refund.

It will be at Pink Gifts discretion as to whether or not the quality of goods is acceptable or not, if approved, we will provide a full refund including freight.

Our aim is to please and if you receive a product that is inferior quality, we will approve your return.
